State Law requires the employer to provide Workers Compensation insurance for its employees. Benefits are payable to Employees who suffer work related injury.

Workers Compensation provides coverage protection for your statutory liability under the Workers Compensation laws of the state(s) your employees are hired in and live in, and your legal liability as an employer at the limits of liability per accident shown below. In addition, defense costs are also covered. The premium for Workers Compensation is based on a rate applied per classification per $100 of payroll for that classification. The premium is the modified to reflect your firm's individual loss experience.

The Compensation Law is compulsory for:
1. Private employers who regularly employ at least one person for 35 or more hours per week for a period of 13 weeks or longer during the preceding 52 weeks (including domestic servants)
2. All public employers (including elected officials)
